Critical error when clicking edit page and blank theme option

Yesterday, we have purchased the new betheme license to replace the current old betheme (20.7.3) which is installed by the old developer. However, we faced a lot of bugs after the installation through wordpress dashboard. Whenever I click edit page, it will display error shown as "There has been a critical error on this website. 'Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.' I have tried to disable all the plugin but the same issue persisted.
While trying to edit using bebuilder, the editor layout is completely messed up and the same error shown on the bottom of the builder page.
Also in the theme option, it only shows the sidebar but doesn't appear anything whenever I click the option. Have tried to disable all the plugin and the same issue still occurred.

Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

I updated a Betheme on your website, and you can do it as well on other cms to fix that. 😉
