Mega Menu Active Color BG and 2nd Level Color

I was trying to get the mega menu color for bg, active and highlight like this example without adding custom CSS:

Unfortunately, it went like this:

Is it possible to help me out with custom css for:

1. to get background color for active level 1 category
2. bold blue for highlight second level?
3. Making the arrows bigger if second level is available?

FYI it is a regular submenu, not a mega menu. ?

Please try the following CSS code:

#Top_bar .menu > li ul .menu-item-has-children.hover{
  background: #004899;
}
#Top_bar .menu > li .sub-menu .sub-menu li.hover a{
  background: transparent!important;
  color: #004899!important;
}
#Top_bar .menu > li ul .menu-item-has-children i{
  font-size: 20px!important;
}
