PopUp Builder – PopUps did not appear
Hi,
we have problems to make PopUps visible on our pages. We created a PopUp e.g. here: https://fastleansmart.com/feedback-fls-proactive-service-calls/ but the PopUp will not appear. In this case, we set the option for the appearance with the page settings, but we tried also the "Display Conditions“ option, but still does not work.
We tested on several devices with same (negative) results.
Furthermore, we also tested on our other installations/pages, but neither worked.
What else can we do?
We surely watched the tutorial demo but didn’t help out …

Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

Just one thing: We have two more BeTheme pages. Is it necessary to adjust it manually on every page, or will there be a general fix in maybe upcoming updates?
A general fix will be released on Monday if we do not encounter any obstacles.
