How to make single post custom template.

First, I have searched on this forum, I didn't see same issue like me.

I would like to make single post custom template, but can be used for any other blog post. not for one time. I know on blog post we can create using bebuilder. but I don't want to craete many times.

I found some sample on pre-build theme like this, but my idea for single post it's simple

Question:

How can I make custom single post template? should I create as section template or template? when I use build on section on template menu, I didn't see meta to fetch the blog post title and blog post content.

How to modify related post? can I use query loop as section inside single post template?
