Language switcher settings

Hello. I have 2 problems, the first one I can't turn off the language switcher on the mobile menu.

The second problem occurs when I want the language switcher to be present along with the menu in the menu bar. It works on the mobile view but not when the phone is rotated (I suspect also on the tablet view, but I have no way to check)

    I am using polylang plugin for translation.
