New Header style

Dear Betheme support

We tried to get as close as possible with our header style to this example:

Unfortunately, we are stucked now with adding the background picture. Here is our website:

Can you help us out to get the header as close as possible to the example of LOK Leipzig? This would be really appreciated.

The height of the blue nav bar should be a bit smaller and adding the background picture atop would make it for now. Anything else is much appreciated but not mandatory.

Thanks for coming back.

Is there no possibility to add the banner + the adjustment via CSS? I really like the current status and it may be hard to replicate from scratch.

It would require many customizations, and we help with major ones. If you need to adjust it with CSS you would have to contact your web developer.

Great, was easier than I thought. One thing just missing:

If I go on 2nd level in sub menu, the active 1st level should get remain in blue background and white font. Can you help me with that?

Other question:

When I hover over the banner, it is getting into the foreground and will hide some of the logo. How can I deactivate it?

1) Please use the following CSS code:

.mfn-header-menu .mfn-menu-li:hover > a {
   background-color: #004899 !important;
   color: #fff !important;
}
.mfn-header-menu .mfn-menu-li:hover .sub-menu .sub-menu li:hover a{
   background: #fcdc0a!important;
   color: #004899 !important;
 font-weight: bold;
}

2) Instead of putting your banner with an image element, please set it up as a section background, and set a custom height to it.

2. Followed your instructions, I can still hover over logo/banner and then it will be in the foreground. Anything wrong configured?
