Header problem in mobile

Hello,

I have set an Template for header, and its working great in PC .

but when the screen size less then 767px,

the Header that I set wont displaying,

I checked in the responsive area in the header and its set to visible. (I want the header will be the same like the PC version)

any other setting that I missing?
