Pretty photo not working with images in posts / pages

I have never changed the theme, always been Be|Theme.

Even on new pages / posts when I add a photo it opens in a new window when I click it not in a lightbox - any ideas?

If I add a class of prettyphoto I just get a spinning loading icon (

Hi,

please deactivate your plugins first. If this won't help, then please check under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section if prettyPhoto is active because maybe you disabled it.

thanks.. I'll try the plugins, definitely not disabled in plugins --> addons section..

We noticed one more thing. You embed those images as simple img under default wordpress editor. This could be the reason as well. Each image must have rel="prettyphoto" attribute because without this it won't work as you want.

What is the exact name of the plugin I need to have? There are a few prettyphoto ones

We don't know where exactly because we have no idea how you did them in the back end. This attribute tag should be added for a html tag.

I am adding them via visual composer using 'single image'

@deeps So if you are using VC then it is not possible unfortunately because this plugin does not have such an option.
