Chat widget not showing

I'm using tawk.to for live chat and my chat widget it is not showing on the website when I use their plug-in or put the code in the JavaScript section of Betheme. I'm not sure why. I even tried to put the chat code in the theme footer, and it still wouldn't show. martiancreative.com

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third-party plugins or custom codes, so we cannot help you.

Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page:

In that case you should contact the plugin author instead.
