Change theme name - but be able to update

Is there a way you can change theme name (or hide it with plugin) and still be able to update the theme via the BeTheme Dashboard ?

Plugin looks sleek. However I was asking about the Source view, you'll still see themes/betheme/

You can change the display in Appearance -> Themes with BeCustom as well.

But if you mean the theme catalog on the server, it is highly recommended not to change that because many WordPress features are based on the catalog name, and it might cause some unpredictable problems.
