Using BeCustom Editor Role Can't Access Theme Options
Hey there. I'm using the Be Custom Plugin to rebrand the theme.
In the tutorial video you mention that if you don't want the users to see the Be Custom plugin, you need to set the role to Editor.
When I changed the role to Editor, the user can't access the theme options and got this error:
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
Also, when the user Hovers over the name of the Theme, the only option that shows is:
Icons
As admins, we tried:
- Switching back to the parent theme instead of the child theme
- Going back to the child theme from the parent theme.
- Disabling plugins
The user tried clearing cache and cookies. No help at all.
We'd appreciate some help to find out a solution to this problem

Hi,
This is how we intended Betheme and BeCustom to work.
If you have suggestions on how we might change it, please let us know on the following topic:

Hello,
Theme dashboard should rewrite the links based on becustom so that when i click on improve site performance as example, it will take me to the correct theme options page instead of
admin.php?page=be-options#performance-general
so all it needs to do is to replacebe-options
with the newsome-options
Thanks
Hi @GuestofHonor1977,
The dev team probably overlooked these links.
I have passed it to them to correct that.
Thank you for reporting
Thanks.
2 releases has been issued without a fix :)
