Cant edit with BeBuilder

I have problem with BeBuilder

When i click on edit with bebuilder, i get this page.

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Hello,

I turn off all plugins, refresh cache, but the problem is still there.

I received this mail:
