Good day,

I'm trying to import a single page but keep getting this error message after import fails:

"The package could not be downloaded. Please make sure your theme is registered for this domain."

Theme is licensed and registered for my client's domain.

Hey,

This message could mean that your license key is used on multiple domains. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).

After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed - deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try the single page import again.

Hi,

I followed the steps, theme was only registered for one client, disabled all the plugins, deregistered the theme, tried doing the single page import, asked me to register the theme, I inserted the purchase key, theme is registered again, tried the single page import again, and still the same issue.

You are trying to import a product list page that is not built with BeBuilder, but it is populated with content automatically, and that is why it is not working

You can set up a product list page in Betheme -> Theme options -> Shop -> Product list.
