Missing Header Builder

I dont think the theme was installed correctly. Im missing the header builder for the website. I cant find it in the plugins menu either.

Did you check the Templates tab? Please see the following video tutorial:

If you do not see the Templates tab, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced, and ensure that it is enabled.
