Footer Template not showing colors

I created a footer template and it is showing all my changes in the editor but when I update them the live site is not showing the background color changes to the section as well as text size, margins, and padding adjustments. It does show the text and my HTML content.

I have cleared the cache

Deactivated all plugins

Activated the main theme and deactivate the child theme
