Need to mobile menu to expand on click only

Hello,

Can you please tell me how to disable the "on rollover of the mobile menu - we see sub menu" .... I want only to show sub-menu items of mobile menu when I click on it.

to disable submenu on desktop versions, please use below css:

@media only screen and (min-width: 960px) { #Top_bar .menu li > ul { display: none !important; } }

Need to mobile menu to expand on click only
