how/where can I check whether cookies have been set on my website or whether I need a cookie plugin for my website at all.

okay, gladly. Cookies are only set for Google Analitcs, Facebook ... that is apparently regulated by law.

What options do I have, or how can I check whether my website has correctly set the cookies for Facebook.

I hope you understand my question

The local law regulates it, and there are no checkers (as I know) for that.
