CSS isn't displaying correctly on pages
Not sure what has happened but when you refresh the page, the right side of the page under "Contact" has a weird black box that displays content in a different format. Watch video to view example.

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
However, it looks like regular CSS styles load.

This site is currently being built. The link is https://cop.dev.bwsit.net/departments/information-technology/. You will see the issue when the page first loads. This just started at the beginning of the week.
I checked that with Firefox, Chrome, and Edge and did not notice any behavior from your video.
I tried clearing the browser cache, and also without any problems.
