How do I indicate how many columns I want to display on the shop?

where can i find the setting?

Do you use Shop template or styles from theme options?

yes I use the templates and styles of the theme... but I see that it doesn't allow me to change the number of columns... they always remain 3.

I can see that you use the Elementor template on which we do not have influence.

In that case, you should contact Elementor support instead.

i undocked Elementor ... now it's woocommerce shop page how can I put 4 columns instead of 3?

Go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Shop -> Products list, and there you can set up four columns layout.
