How to change the background and font color of the widget menu? I can't find where the options are, thank you

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Content, and change the Theme color.

Use the following CSS code:

.widget_categories ul{
   background-color: #213705!important;
color: #052137!important;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
