Is your header made with a Header Builder?
If not, please create that because Mega Menu templates work with header templates only.

You're right. Now it is working. I have one more question. How can I add additional items to sidebar menu on mobile? for example buttons etc ...
At the moment, there is no option for that, and you would have to do it by custom as in the following topic: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/67038/about-mobile-menu-social-icons#latest.
However, we are working on that and plan to add a more customizable hamburger menu area.
