Compressed menu desktop and mobile

Hello. I have an issue i cannot undo. It is in all browsers and with all grid layouts. The problem is the menu buttons are all compressed ... Home  Cat1  Cat2  Cat3 etc .. are all squished together. On mobile it is the same thing but vertically. There appears to be no button that will add padding. Can someone tell me what to fix please? Its intolerably annoying.  - hardbodyhub.com -  PHOTO of issue

By the way. I have done nothing in the CSS and only started inserting images and logo's in beTheme options
