How can I make my homepage into a onepage setup

Hi

I need to understand how to add ankerlinks or how to add sektions IDs or what it is called into the main menu on mine onepage. Under Menu in Wordpress I cant find where I can setup a onepage menu?

I am new to the onepage setup. I have install a theme, I am not sure it is a onepage theme I have installed. Do I need to do that?
