Footer color changes do not apply unless I select custom skin.

I want to change my theme skin to blue but I want to customize just the footer color. Right now, to be achieve that, I have to switch to custom skin and find all the orange colors and change it blue just to be able to change the color of the footer. I'd much rather apply one skin (blue) and only change the footer color. How do I do that?

Or you can try the following CSS code:

#Footer{
   background-color: #052137!important;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
