WPML contents not visible and translatable

Hi,

I'm trying to translate the pages of my site www.leb.world with WPML advanced translator (I tried the classic one too) but something strange is happening.

If I click on the + button to translate the page I only see yoast metadata and some bebuilder metadata, but nothing about headings, columns text, etc.

Am i doing something wrong?

i double checked that support link but it seems the setup is correct.

I just sent you the admin credential to login.
