we tried to open your site but we can't. Site keeps loading and nothing happen. So please sort your site first and let us know when will work.

as we see, style files does not work what you can see on http://cesargalan.es/wp-contenido/themes/betheme/style.php
The problem may be related with extra plugins, corrupted files or some settings on server side. We recommend to remove all extra plugins first to check and if this won't help, then please update all theme files via FTP only because this is the safest method. If this won't help, then you must contact with server admin because something must be on server side.
