The effect is being used here where the word is typed our and changes. It states The Ultimate Options for complete design freedom and then it changes to Limitless options for complete design. What element do I select to add this feature to my website?

We used a custom solution to achieve that on that page. To have the same effect, you would have to contact your web developer or use an extension to Slider Revolution to add such a feature.
