If the page content was made with BeBuilder, there is no option to edit it with Gutenberg later because these are two completely different builders and have another construction.
Still, there is a Builder -> SEO option that moves all texts, images, and a couple of other elements to Gutenberg, but they will not have any styling and are placed in one block because this option is rather for SEO proposes.
