Disable Related Posts or change it's appearance?

I would like to disable the related posts function or change it's layout so that it doesn't include the date and the feature image placeholder.

Hi,

You can disable it by setting the related posts count to zero in Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Blog.
