My Header and Mega Menus not showing on live site

I have a customer header built and the link I added should be a mega menu. Neither are working.

Attached is what I have saved in my custom header.

We have corrected it.

Please check it out.

Also, you did not have background colors for the mega menu and header, so these templates were transparent, and I set up a white background for them.

What is the error? I will have to duplicate this on the live site?

The root cause was your child theme.

When I deactivated it, the display was correct.
