BeBuilder Stuck at Loading Page Content

I'm trying to edit any page on my website and get to the Loading Builder just fine but never proceeds past the Loading Page Content . . .

I've fully updated theme, plugins, Wordpress - issue persists

I've disabled all plugins - issue persists

I've completed the reset in Be theme - issue persists

I've activated new theme and re-activated Be theme - issue persists

System status looks good:

Server environment

• PHP Version
• 8.1.19
• PHP Memory Limit
• 4 GB
• PHP Time Limit
• 4300
• PHP Max Input Vars
• 5000
• cURL
• DOMDocument
• ZipArchive
• Uploads folder writable
• .htaccess File Access

Please advise on next steps. We are completely stuck!
