Impossible to modify any pages with BeBuilder 27.0.7

HI,

I installed Betheme with WordPress 6.2.2 , activated and installed a template without any problems.

Unfortunately using BeBuilder I can't make any changes to the pages, when I click on the Update button the loading symbol appears and runs endlessly.

I checked in Betheme -> System Status -> Server environment and everything looks fine.

I've tried disabling all plugins and the cache without success.

So I deleted all the files, completely cleaned the DB, reloaded Wordpress from scratch and repeated all the procedures with the Betheme theme.

Unfortunately same problem.

I really don't know how to fix, please help me.

  • Update:

I uninstalled the Betheme and reinstalled.

The current version is 26.8.4 and so it works fine.

If I upgrade to version 27.0.7 the problem occurs again.

At this point it's evident that it's a problem of the version 27.0.7

Do you have any plans to fix this?

  • Hi,

I got somehow similar issues with the combination of Betheme 27.0.7 & Wordpress 6.2.2.

My Betheme Builder is completely destroyed (please s. attached pics).

I would appreciate an urgent fix for that.

    Thanks Sebastian

    Hi Phil,

looks like I solved the issue spontaneously... seems like there was an error within the woocommerce / betheme combination after the update of the betheme to 27.0.7. (woocommerce is on version 7.7.0).

I manually deactivated woocommerce via the wordpress plugin page. After simply reactivating it, the website worked again. That was a strange website behavoir, without any adjustments from my side. Maybe someone else can use this fix / workaround.

The mentioned problem form simoneferriani is probably a different one, since he tried to deactivate all plugins. Perhaps the reactivation will help.
