BeTheme folder missing on wp content folder

Hi all,

I downloaded the website backup for migration, but when I checked the folders wp content -> Themes ->

I could not find the BeTheme folder, the only folder that has been downloaded by the backup are the default themes from Wordpress which is the twentytwentyone, twentytwentytwo and twentytwentythree themes, index.php is also there.

Is the BeTheme folder supposed to be there? If Yes, is there a way that the BeTheme folder will be included for the migration?

Can you tell me how you downloaded a backup, please?

Did you use some tool/plugin for that?

Yes, I used BlogVault for backup then downloaded it on my computer.

I also used a File Manager Plugin to view the content folders. The BeTheme is not there as well. Please see screenshot

Instead, please try the Duplicator plugin.

We constantly use it and never have problems with it.
