Unable to install any plugin that come with the pre-built website.

Hello there,

I have used this template many times with my other websites, for some reason on this one when I import a prebuilt website "default store" the installation process skips past the rev slider & woo commerce like it is already there? When I go to manually install from the plugins section i get presented with this error message "Plugin folder already exists. Please remove wp-content/plugins/revslider folder."

The problem is, that folder does not exist so there is nothing to delete. I have tried multiple ways and nothing will work. I have tried duplicating from my other websites over to this one but it still wont show the rev slider.

Any suggestions?
