Set pre-built header.
This theme does not allow you to insert pre-built headers from the templates section.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, on your video, I can see that your System status shows that your server does not meet theme requirements. Please contact your server administrator to correct that.

I have deactivated all plugins and the problem persists.
I restored the system status, tried a localhost version of the site, no errors and the problem persists.
If this does not work, I would like a refund of the amount of the theme, since I cannot use it correctly.

In your Betheme dashboard, I can see that the license key has weird hashing (first two parts before dashes should be visible), which could mean that your database was modified or you have installed a pirated version of Betheme.
Please, download a fresh copy of Behteme from ThemeForest, install it on your website, and register your license key.
After that, pre-built headers should work correctly.
