Cart tabs names

Hello,

Is there any way to customise the names of steps in the cart? What I mean is the section highlighted in the screenshot:

Currently it's looking like on the ss (Koszyk - Zamówienie - Zamówienie) and I would like to change it to Koszyk - Zamówienie - Podsumowanie.

I would also like to change the button descprition in the Cart page from "Przejdź do płatności" to "Przejdź do zamówienia".
