WPML translation problems
Dear assistance,
we have created a website through your betheme theme using the bebuilder frontend, now we are proceeding with the translation of the contents through the wpml plugin (latest version purchased) but we see that the contents are not copied from the original version, only the title is copied and when we open the bebuilder the page is completely empty.
On other wpml builders it opens a simplified page by dividing the original text on the right and the text to be translated on the left, however this does not happen here.
We request a solution to the problem encountered.

Hi,
Do you have the newest version of Betheme installed? If not, please update it.
Also, please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced, and switch the BeBuilder data storage to Serilized (the first one).
If this will not help, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
