Can the top black action Bar with phone and email be viewed on mobile devices? Maybe I missed a setting in options but I cannot see it on my iphone.

the url you sent does not work. As we remember, action bar does not display on mobile devices but if you will send us proper url, we can have a look and check if there is anything what we can do for you.
