Settings are not being updated

We are trying to make updates to our site but they are not showing the changes after we save. We tried updating file permissions., cleared the cache of the server side and also with php version. For example, if we change the font family, the fonts remains same as it is.

This is also the case when we make updates to the content on the site.

FYI, I have disabled all of the plugins except Slider Revolution.

  • I have not touched the site since I sent the initial message. I don't use Poppins on any page of the site. Most fonts excluding Title and headers are set to use Roboto.


  • Please clear your browser cache. I have checked your website on various browsers, and they do not display the Poppins, but Roboto.

  • I cleared the cache and reinstalled my browser. Problem still not resolved. I used another browser and it shows the update as you noted. However, the problem goes beyond the font update.

    The secondary problem is when I make an update in BeBuilder. If I change text in the Element Settings column, the change does not appear on the Live builder. I applied BOLD in the editor (NOTE: test is bold and underlined on the left) but it does not update on the page, even after I use the Update button. Attached is an example:

  • You have caching tool installed directly to your WP.

    I have disabled it. Check it now.

    Also, the text editor works correctly for me.
