BeBuilder not allowing new elements to be added

When trying to edit pages or header templates using the BeBuilder we cannot add new elements to the page. We can see the list of elements along the left side of the page and in the builder we can add new wraps and sections but we cannot add new elements within the wraps when we try to drag and drop them in.

I've tried disabling all plugins and swapping back to base BeTheme from our child theme but neither thing made a difference.

Do you have the newest version of Betheme, WP, and plugins installed?

Did you try with a different browser?

We have the most recent updates for BeTheme, WP and all of our plugins. We've tried on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on both Windows and MacOS.

We have corrected it.

You had custom CSS code which caused this issue.

It is the first one from my screenshot.
