Portfolio content is loading a 404 page

All was good since last week until I just checked now, the portfolio pages are not loading.

I am getting an Error 404 page. (including when I enter the Betheme Portfolio editor and the portfolio section via the wp-admin, I add new, then publish, it still gives me a 404 page)

I then updated the theme (noticing there was a new update), and it still shows the 404 page.

I then cleared the cache, still no luck.

Any help with this would be great thanks.


btw I am using the demo content from https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/diet2/

The website in question, if need be I will pass the admin details.
