Is there a way to replicate the slow-scroll feature for an anchor link in the BeTheme?

If you look at my example in the BeTheme, you'll see how the link takes you instantly to the section at the bottom of the page... https://staging2.moreclickable.com/product/hotspot-cancer-panel-sequencing-library-preparation-kit/

While perfectly functional, the problem is with usability/interaction design. The user doesn't understand (at least intuitively) that they were simply taken to a section further down the screen. This is confusing.
