System Status, Server environment Issues

Hi, I just installed this.

Under System Status> Server Environment, I am facing the following 2 issues.

PHP Time Limit 120, Current time limit is OK, however 180 is recommended.

PHP Max Input Vars 1000, Minimum 5000 is required

Where and how can I fix this?

These are server settings, so you must contact your administrator to increase these values.
