Estate4 theme Logo and Menu color

Hello,

I've recently started creating my website. For base I've chosen the Estate4 theme. Now I have two problems.

1st one - I can't change the logo in top/sticky menu. I've uploaded and it has changed everywhere besides the top menu

2nd one - How can I change the menu colors? I want to change button colors and make the background transparent or change it's color.

This demo uses the Header Builder, so all this stuff needs to be modified in the header template.
