BeTheme - cannot use your 1 page importer

Using BeTheme has been a nightmare at so many levels.

Right now I need help to use your "Single page importer".

I select that option .

I try to import this from your pre-built sites.

I select "Insert AFTER Current builder".

Nothing is imported!

Can you please help me! I bougt 4 licenses to use the BEtheme not knowing what I was getting into!
