Product/Collection Pages issues (Hn tag + Product Tab)

Hello,

I have 2 issues where i need help.

  • How can I have my collection titles appearing in H1 ? As it appears with a H2 title per default. ( this is a major SEO issues for a theme like you ! By default the titles of the collections do not have H1 titles )

  • If I want to design my own product template and integrate tabs ( exactly like you did on default product layout ). What's the shortcode to see the product description, as well as additional informations ? I do feel that except writing a text manually, it's not possible and we are forced to use the product layout per default to have our products descriptions in the tab.

    Hi Josh,

    1. Which titles do you mean? Not really sure what do you mean as you can set any headings you like with Be.
    2. These are available as separate elements. As far as I know, WooCommerce doesn't have shortcode for product description.

    1. As clearly explained, I'm talking about the collection titles. By default it's H2. I never found a way to change the Hn titles of the collection titles so far. Please help out :)
    2. Ok, so if you can do it on the default layout. How can we do it as well on the custom ones ?

    1. Actually, it's not clear. Is this subheader or what? You didn't provided any link so we don't know what we are talking about.
    2. You can create custom template for Single Product Archive with elements marked on the screen above. In this tutorial https://youtu.be/ffNS-8Nm4jw we explained how to create such template.

    2. Thank you for the tutorial, but I already created custom pages so I know how does it works and there is unfortunately no information regarding my question in that video.

    It's just that I don't know how to integrate the product description into your element 'tab' , as your default product template does. See below your default product page:

    1) Can you attach a link to this page, please? It will surely help us to know what exactly you refer to.

    2) These tabs are divided into separate elements, and there is no option to put them in tabs with custom templates.

    Hello,

    1. Same example as here: https://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme-store2/product-category/smartphones/ You can see the 'Smartphones' collection title in H2. How can it appear as H1 title ?
    2. Understood. Therefore, if it's impossible to make it as custom template. How can I edit the default one ? In that way, I keep the tabs with the product description in it, like here: https://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme-store2/product/beearphones1/ but I would be able to modify others elements, such as add to cart button or whatsoever, through your BeBuilder addon.

    1) On that demo, it is a Shop Title element in the Shop archive template, and you can change its tag in the template.

    2) Default product styles from theme options are predefined and cannot be editable. You can only edit the product content with BeBuilder.
