Variable product content

Is there an easy way to have complex bebuilder elements inside product page content that would change depending on the product variable selected?

Specifically:

• Counters
• Features list
• Related Products (individually selected products included in the package)

This also means we need the page to load with a preselected variable; how do we do that?
