I have a full width section with text on it and an background color. I want the whole blue are and text to be clickable.
Is there a way to link the complete section to a specific url? Unfortuinately there is no link option for sections or wraps.

As you noticed, there is no setting to add links to whole sections or wraps.
As the workaround for that, you can use Column text or Plain text/HTML element, place a custom structure of HTML inside of this section, and make it fill all spaces.
