Seeking Assistance: Editing Contact Form

Hello everyone,

I am facing a problem while editing the contact form on the testing page of my website. I have been unable to find a solution for the following issue:

1. Checkbox Design: I would like the confirmation checkbox to match the design shown in the attached image. The checkbox should be on the left side, with the text positioned on the right side.
2. Button Alignment: The "Submit" button needs to be aligned to the right.

I have tried various approaches, but none of them have yielded the desired results. If anyone has experience with Betheme and can provide guidance or a solution to this problem, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

1) This would require modifying the files or writing more advanced CSS code. For that, you need to contact your web developer.

2) You can add inline CSS to align this button to the right.
