Weird black circle in the icon background

Hi,

Does anyone knows why there is black circle in the icon background box?

I tried all options in the icon box settings and icon wrapper settings and I can't change it.

Even when I add new prebuilt section its still there.

Icons are also in the weird bottom right corner and weirdly cut. I can change that with padding but black circle remains always.

If anyone hav any idea where is this setting please let me know as I looked everywhere.
